Experts Marta Boleda and Yaara Nieto delivered technical presentations on cat management in mountain villages. The discussions focused on the CER method (Capture, Neuter, and Return) to ensure animal welfare and environmental hygiene.
This new network intends to serve as a hub for volunteers, veterinarians, and administrations to responsibly manage abandoned cats, ensuring ethical population control in the territory.
