From October 22nd to 27th, Bellvís celebrated its Festa Major in honor of Mare de Déu de les Sogues, with the manual ringing of bells being a notable new feature, thus reviving part of the municipality's sound heritage.

The celebration began on Thursday, October 22nd, with the theatrical performance 'Un xou no fa istiu'. On Friday, the festival announcement was made, followed by a floral offering by children, bell ringing, and a parade with the Giants and the Bellvís Giant and Bagpipe Group. The night featured the Correbars and the Youth Night with musical performances.
On Saturday, October 24th, Nati Moncasí Salvia, a librarian and cultural promoter, delivered the Festa Major opening speech, accompanied by the current librarian, Magalí Vallerdú, who paid tribute to Marina Castelló. The day included a tribute to the elderly with a show by Marc Anglarill, concerts by Quintet Mediterranea, Band The Cool, and DJ sets. The Festa Major dinner, the youth dinner, and a fireworks display also took place.
One of the new features this year was the evening Festa Major event held at the small terrace of the swimming pools, creating a festive and social atmosphere.
On Sunday, October 25th, the 61st Sardana Competition, featuring Cobla Jovenívola d’Agramunt, kept the sardanista tradition alive. The open house at the new pool bar was well-attended, and the musical vermouth with the group La Sobretaula filled the terrace with ambiance and music. The manual ringing of bells played a significant role in the religious events, including the vigil, Complines, mass, and procession, helping to preserve intangible cultural heritage.
On Monday, October 26th, children's activities were organized, including games and an escape room. The patron saint's day began with a procession and solemn mass, with participation from Coral Espiga d’Or, Cor Banaha, and the Chamber Orchestra and Organ, conducted by Cecília Navés i Peig. The day concluded with the Festa Major greeting, a firecracker display, and the mayor's speech, followed by a concert and dance with the orchestra Saturno and a cava toast.
Finally, on Tuesday, October 27th, a mass for the deceased and a performance of 'havaneres' by the group Ultramar, with rum and cake, marked the end of the six-day celebration.
The Bellvís Town Council thanks the Festival Commission, municipal workers, entities, and all contributors for making the Festa Major possible, an event that served as an opportunity for reunion and to keep local traditions alive.
