The Second Catalan League match between Linyola and Sallent was abandoned this Saturday after the referee determined that safety conditions could not be guaranteed following a series of fan altercations.

Trouble began in the 18th minute when a home supporter threw a water bottle at the visiting goalkeeper. Although the match reached halftime with Sallent leading 0-1, the situation escalated as players and officials tried to reach the dressing rooms, which were not properly separated from the public areas.
According to the official report, about twenty fans invaded the pitch after a confrontation involving the Sallent delegate. The refereeing team, who felt their physical integrity was at risk, called for police assistance and decided to suspend the game permanently due to the lack of security measures at the stadium.
