Mollerussa brings schools together to share best reading practices

The L'Amistat Theater will host a conference on March 24 where eight schools and institutes will present their reading projects.

The Mollerussa City Council is organizing a pedagogical meeting next Tuesday, March 24, at the L'Amistat Theater to exchange successful experiences in promoting reading among local youth.

The initiative is part of the Mollerussa Reading Municipality program and aims to consolidate reading habits through collaboration between teachers and students. Eight centers from the Pla d'Urgell capital will present their work.
Participants include Les Arrels School, presenting a project on the book El dia que va arribar la guerra, and Mestre Ignasi Peraire School. Other participants are Pompeu Fabra School, Vedruna Mollerussa, and the Siloé Special Education Center.
Secondary education will be represented by La Serra Institute, with the project De Villaró a Pedrolo, Salt del Duran Institute, and Terres de Ponent Institute, featuring a project on La Sargent Anna Grimm.
