The Núria Figuerola Pharmacy, located in the pedestrian area between Mollerussa's Plaça Major and the Town Hall (Manuel Bertrand square, 5), is joining the Voluntariat per la llengua (VxL) initiative. This establishment, with a long healthcare tradition in the municipality, has adapted its services to current healthcare needs.
Since its current phase began in July 2007, the pharmacy has expanded its offerings with specialized services in dermocosmetics, dietetics, pregnancy support and baby care, as well as elder care. The team, comprising 9 professionals, maintains strong ties with the associative and commercial fabric of the capital of Pla d'Urgell.
With this addition, the network of collaborating establishments for VxL in Mollerussa now reaches 24. These spaces are crucial for Catalan learners to practice the language in a supportive environment, thus contributing to social cohesion and the reinforcement of daily language use.
