The team, consisting of Jordi, Lluís, Vero, and Anna, demonstrated excellent planning and speed, needing only 20 minutes to decipher the final coordinates and locate the treasure. This first edition of the game, created by two friends from Sant Llorenç de Morunys, attracted nearly 300 participants from across Catalonia.
“"We ended up winning, but other participants arrived at the spot only 15 seconds after Jordi"
Having solved the weekly puzzles, the family traveled to the municipality to conduct a reconnaissance tour in the morning. Their final strategy involved dispersing individually across different suspected locations and coordinating via a phone call to solve the final enigma, which required finding the answers to three specific riddles.
“"We have really enjoyed the challenge; we experienced it as a family, and the fact that we had to cooperate and join forces was great"
The organizers, Laia Flores and Cristina Fuertes, are already preparing the second edition of the immersive game, which will move to the municipality of Sant Vicenç de Castellet. After engaging nearly 400 people in their first game, there is already a waiting list for the next edition, scheduled to take place between July and the end of August.
