The new waste fee for 2027 in Porqueres will establish a basic annual charge of 200 euros per household, with a potential variable charge of 175 euros. This variable fee will depend on the number of waste contributions made, either through the door-to-door collection system (organic fraction) or the closed drop-off areas (residual waste).
Households with a single registered resident, duly accredited vacant properties, and those practicing home composting will be eligible to pay only the basic fee of 200 euros. For door-to-door collection, organic waste contributions will be considered, while for closed drop-off areas, residual waste deposits will be counted. Contributions will be tracked using TAG-identified bins and the municipal mini-recycling center.
The fiscal ordinances also include changes to the rates for the municipal nursery, with a place reservation fee of 90 euros per month, 7 euros daily for lunch, and 1.50 euros for snacks. Additionally, places at the day center for the elderly will have varying fees based on public funding, with eight- or four-hour options, and supplementary services like podiatry and meals.
Furthermore, the regulation for the use of municipal facilities has been modified, granting free access to the Social Hall for local entities with agreements that hold their annual assembly there. The fee for changing the lock cylinder on correspondence mailboxes has also been updated to 11.50 euros.
Commercial establishments generating waste similar to domestic waste, vacant or inactive premises, and tourist accommodations will also see their fees adjusted. Undeveloped plots in consolidated urban land will incur a fixed annual fee for vegetation and public space debris.
