This rebranding process, which the company has been working on for nearly two years, symbolizes the natural evolution of the firm towards a model prepared to compete with the sector's major players. Haxx seeks to reinforce brand coherence, solidity, and recognition both nationally and internationally.
“"Haxx symbolizes the energy that moves forward. A strengthened company, better prepared to compete with the sector's giants, operating with agility, transparency, and global impact. This brand represents who we are today, a company committed to operational excellence and solid, trusting relationships with our clients and suppliers."
The launch coincides with a period of stability and strategic reinforcement. The company anticipates closing the 2025 financial year with a turnover of €1.333 billion and sales of 1.5 billion liters of fuel. Haxx is advancing in the consolidation of a distribution system alternative and complementary to the Exolum network, supported by the acquisition and integration of new storage plants.
Growth in the terminals area has been particularly significant. With the acquisition of ODT in Málaga and Tancar in Cartagena, and the construction of the new terminal in Ferrol, the company exceeds 660,000 m³ of storage capacity, consolidating its position in the Top 5 national operators. Furthermore, Haxx has been operating in Cartagena and Málaga since September, and plans to incorporate the Ocaña terminal before the end of the first quarter of 2026.
Regarding the service station business, the strategy focuses on proprietary assets. The company is building its first service area in the port area of Motril, under the new Haxx image, with the goal of reaching 80 service stations by 2030. Simultaneously, Aletteo, the group's electricity retailer, is preparing to become a gas operator in 2026.
