Vegetation fire controlled in Pradell de la Teixeta

The Catalan Fire Department controlled a vegetation fire in Pradell de la Teixeta this Tuesday afternoon after deploying six ground units to the scene.

The emergency call was registered at 6:37 PM via the 112 service. The fire affected roughly 500 square meters of vegetation. Firefighters managed to contain the flames quickly, preventing the fire from spreading to nearby residential areas or larger forest tracts.
No injuries or damage to homes were reported during the incident. Crews remained on-site throughout Tuesday night to dampen the area and monitor the perimeter to ensure no reignition occurred.
