The town of Rasquera will host the XXXIX Livestock and Craft Fair on May 2nd and 3rd, an event that celebrates the agricultural and livestock traditions, alongside the local artisan production.

The program of activities, designed for all ages, will begin on Saturday with the opening of the fairgrounds. Attendees can enjoy a game of skittles, a children's show, and a tasting of wines and tapas made with local artisan products, accompanied by live music.
Additionally, throughout Saturday, several talks focused on the rural world have been scheduled, including a presentation on silvopasture and its importance in preventing forest fires.
Sunday will be the central day of the fair, featuring prominent activities such as a tasting of white goat kid from Rasquera, the reception of authorities, and the traditional descent of herds, considered one of the most emblematic moments of the celebration. The day will conclude with sheepdog demonstrations and other cultural activities.
Throughout the weekend, visitors will have the opportunity to explore the exhibition of sheep, goat, and cattle, as well as observe demonstrations of traditional crafts, such as palm weaving, which reinforce the fair's unique identity.
