The municipality of Tivissa will host a solidarity day dedicated to dogs this Saturday, May 9, with the aim of raising funds for animal shelters and promoting responsible adoption.

The event, taking place at the local football field, is designed as a meeting point for owners and their pets. The initiative places special emphasis on giving visibility to large dogs, although it is open to animals of all breeds and sizes.
Throughout the day, attendees can enjoy a fair area where various organizations will offer information and talks on animal welfare. The program includes a wide variety of activities, such as a border collie gathering, a competition for the largest dog, and agility exhibitions.
As a new feature, an innovative proposal called Padel Dog has been organized. Additionally, there will be play areas, activities designed to strengthen the bond between pets and their owners, live music, and a selection of food trucks to complete the festive and participatory atmosphere.
