The #MontblancMóra26 solidarity trek, organized by the Montblanc Hiking Club, will conclude in Móra la Nova on Saturday, February 7, aiming to raise funds for AFANOC.

The long-distance sporting challenge, connecting Montblanc (Conca de Barberà) and the Ribera d’Ebre region, covers approximately 100 kilometers. This initiative, promoted by the Montblanc Hiking Club as part of the ‘Solidarity Treks’ project, seeks to link endurance sports with support for children and young people with cancer.
All proceeds raised will be fully allocated to AFANOC, the Association of Families and Friends of Oncological Children of Catalonia. Furthermore, support will be given to the project La Casa dels Xuklis, which provides essential accompaniment to families during the oncological treatment process.
The arrival of participants in Móra la Nova is scheduled for 6:00 PM on Saturday, February 7, at the Pavelló Firal (Fair Pavilion). The organization, in collaboration with the city councils of Montblanc and Móra la Nova, has prepared a festive reception for the runners and walkers.

The organization encourages residents of Ribera d’Ebre and Conca de Barberà to join the final reception to support the athletes and contribute to AFANOC’s solidarity work.

The closing day will include a children's show, followed by a solidarity dinner. The celebration will continue into the night with music provided by DJ Ferran Miravete. Tickets for the dinner, priced at 10 euros, can be purchased at Estanc Arts in Móra la Nova and at the Arasport store in Montblanc.
