The Bon Preu retail group has announced it will hire 650 new employees to strengthen its supermarkets in Ripollès, Cerdanya, and the Costa Brava for the upcoming summer season.

The recruitment drive aims to manage the high influx of tourists between June and September. New staff will be deployed across key destinations, including the Costa Daurada and the town of Tremp, ensuring high service standards during the peak holiday months.
No previous experience is required for these roles, as the company provides comprehensive training programs from day one. Positions are available in specialized sections such as the bakery, butchery, and fishmonger counters, as well as for shelf stocking and checkout services.
The company, which currently employs over 11.000 people, offers intensive morning, afternoon, or night shifts to promote work-life balance. Interested candidates can apply through the official Bon Preu website.
