The Ripoll Municipal Field hosted a thrilling Segona Catalana promotion final, where Rinyoles Rugbi Club faced Carboners de Terrassa. The match, which saw a large attendance, maintained tension until the final minutes, with a close score that ultimately favored the Terrassa team 34-38.
The Ripollès-Banyoles team started strong, scoring an early try and conversion that gave them a 7-0 lead. Despite maintaining the lead until halftime (12-6), the second half was marked by parity and physical exhaustion. Carboners managed to turn the score around in the final moments, securing the Segona Catalana championship.

The decisive match between Rinyoles RC and RC Torroella will take place on Saturday, May 9. The Catalan Rugby Federation will be responsible for determining the time and neutral venue for this duel, which will decide which of the two teams will play in Primera Catalana next season.
