The Mossos d’Esquadra arrested four men and one minor last Saturday in Cervera, accused of stealing three wheels from a vehicle parked on Esperanto Street.

The arrest occurred after a neighbor alerted the police around 1:30 AM about the theft of the wheels from a car parked on Esperanto Street in Cervera.
Several units of the Mossos d’Esquadra immediately began the search. Shortly after, a patrol located the suspects' vehicle driving at high speed on the A-2 highway towards Lleida.
Officers stopped the car and confirmed that the five detainees (four men aged between 18 and 20 and one minor woman) were inside. All of them had grease on their hands, and the stolen wheels, bolts, and tools used for dismantling were found in the vehicle.
The police were able to return the stolen wheels to their owner. The five detainees were released with the obligation to appear before Justice when required.
