A forest fire that started this noon near Selvanera, in the municipality of Torrefeta i Florejacs, has led to the preventive confinement of residents in Biosca, Sanaüja and areas of Massoteres.

The alert was received at 14:34 on July 7. According to initial reports, the flames originated in a cereal field near the path connecting Mascó and Mas de Nadal.
The firefighting operation includes twenty-two ground units and six aerial assets from the Bombers de la Generalitat. The fire is spreading through farmland, burning stubble and some vegetation patches.
Extinction efforts are supported by local farmers using tractors to help slow the fire's progress. Although there are farms within the perimeter, they have not been affected so far.
