La Passió de Cervera has begun preparations for the 2026 season, which will include six performances between March and April, aiming to modernize the scenic experience and improve cast coordination.

One of the main changes is that, with the construction work finished and the stage fully operational, rehearsals for scenes involving a larger number of actors and actresses can be intensified. This joint effort will allow for better coordination and a more precise and fluid staging in the 2026 season.
In the artistic section, the Resurrection scene will be reviewed and enhanced to achieve a more spectacular effect than in the previous season. Simultaneously, the use of new technologies in lighting will be intensified, reinforcing the visual atmosphere of key moments in the performance, which is considered the oldest in the world, with documented origins dating back to 1477.

The Board highly values the continuity of the project and the ability to attract new people who wish to get involved, ensuring the progressive renewal of the cast.

Currently, La Passió de Cervera is making a specific call to incorporate new children under 10 years old into the performance. The season will feature six shows, taking place on March 7, 14, 21, and 28, and April 3 and 11, all scheduled for the afternoon.
Ticket sales for the 2026 edition are already operational, with prices ranging from 8 € (children) to 23 € (general), with the option to purchase tourist packages that include lunch and guided tours of the city of Cervera.
