The RL4 train line has returned to service this Saturday between Lleida and Cervera, following an operational incident that forced passengers onto buses during the early morning hours.

Despite the resumption of rail service, trains are currently running with delays of up to 45 minutes. This line had been partially interrupted since January 20th due to storm damage and an accident in Gelida, which required bus bridges between Cervera and Manresa.

"We have worked tirelessly to move forward and get lines back into operation."

Minister Sílvia Paneque confirmed that the infrastructure is now operational following critical maintenance and prevention works. The decision to restart the service on a Saturday was a strategic move to test the network during a lower-traffic day.
