Alguaire Airport launches second charter flight from Lleida to Cairo

Lleida-Alguaire Airport is set to host a special charter flight to Cairo tomorrow, marking the second direct connection from the region to Egypt since late 2025.

The flight is scheduled to depart at 3:45 PM carrying 25 passengers. Organized by the local agency Viatges Kariba, this trip highlights the increasing popularity of Egyptian tourism among local travelers.

The 1,675 euro tour package includes an eight-day itinerary featuring a Nile cruise and stays in Cairo. Due to the high success of these operations, a subsequent trip in November departing from Zaragoza is already fully booked.
