The non-profit organization ASPID assisted a total of 3,018 users in Lleida throughout 2025, marking a significant 13.5% increase compared to the previous year's figures.

The annual report shows that 31% of users were people with disabilities, while 17% were elderly citizens. A major factor in this growth was the launch of the Punt Omnia Balaguer, which provided digital skills training to 285 individuals from various social backgrounds.

"We must consider other levels such as communicative, digital, or cognitive accessibility, as groups like the elderly face increasing difficulties with technology."
