Bàsquet Girona and Hiopos Lleida close the first round of the ACB league facing Casademont Zaragoza and Burgos, respectively, aiming to consolidate their position in the middle of the standings.

Reinforced by the victory at the Olímpic de Badalona (71-74), Bàsquet Girona (7-9) faces Casademont Zaragoza (6-10). Coach Moncho Fernández stressed the importance of maintaining the defensive standard to overcome an opponent he considers “very fast in the first seconds of possession.”

Meanwhile, Hiopos Lleida (7-9), after successfully completing their recent trips to the Canary Islands, returns home to host Burgos (3-13), which currently marks the relegation zone line.
Despite the opponent's position, Lleida coach Gerard Encuentra called for prudence and calmness, urging the fans to create an atmosphere of unconditional support in the arena.

"We need a united, calm, and pushing arena. We must recover that atmosphere of great occasions, without murmurs, just encouragement and pressure on the opponent."
