This intervention, which began on Wednesday, January 14, 2026, involves reducing the capacity of Príncep de Viana street, one of the main arteries in Lleida. Two lanes will remain open, one for each direction of traffic, while the work lasts.
The works focus on renewing a sewage connection located directly in front of the old La Meta flour mill building. This action is part of the overall construction project for the new Lleida bus station.
The Generalitat has planned for the traffic restriction to be maintained for three days, with the aim of minimizing the impact on urban mobility.
In addition to this sewage renewal, the station project includes other improvements. In the coming weeks, the pavement will be renewed in the section between La Meta and Comtes d’Urgell street, thus completing the infrastructure works in the area.
