Lleida's Aula del Gust has concluded the 37th edition of the Agramunt Nougat and Stone Chocolate Fair with four gastronomic demonstrations that gathered 360 people, emphasizing local products.

A total of 360 people participated in the four gastronomic tastings organized by Gust de Lleida as part of the 37th Agramunt Nougat and Stone Chocolate Fair. The Aula del Gust, located in the Pavelló Dolç, hosted four culinary and pastry professionals in a session dedicated to exploring the gastronomic possibilities of local products.
The Lleida Provincial Council, through the Gust de Lleida brand, transformed the Aula del Gust into a showcase for the gastronomy of the Lleida, Pyrenees, and Aran regions. The culinary demonstrations allowed the public to experience the talent of local restaurateurs and producers, highlighting Agramunt's nougat and stone chocolate alongside other regional ingredients.
The event also welcomed the Linyola Futsal Club, whose members were received by Òscar Martínez, Deputy of Health and Sports for the Lleida Provincial Council. This visit reinforces Gust de Lleida's commitment to linking sport, gastronomy, and territory.
The gastronomic program featured Francesc Palà (El Xalet de Ponts restaurant) with 'Roots, creativity, and product'; Gonzalo Ferreruela (Ferreruela de Lleida restaurant) with a demonstration inspired by pastry and linked to nougat and stone chocolate; Ivan Pascual (Pastisseria Tugues de Lleida) with 'Christmas Classics, a New Look'; and Sergi Aritzeta (El Truc d’Agramunt restaurant) with 'Territory Cuisine with Nougat and Stone Chocolate'.
The four demonstrations, accompanied by tastings, served to highlight the connection between producers, manufacturers, and restaurateurs, and the role of gastronomy in promoting regional food products. Gust de Lleida thus strengthens its commitment to the agri-food sector of Lleida.
The Lleida Provincial Council's participation in the Nougat and Stone Chocolate Fair also included an institutional stand that promoted local agri-food products and held a raffle for product baskets from the Lleida, Pyrenees, and Aran regions.
Throughout the three days, the fair combined gastronomic demonstrations, tastings, cultural and family activities, sports events, and agri-food promotion spaces, consolidating Agramunt as a meeting point for the sector.
The Gust de Lleida program also included a special live radio broadcast from the institutional stand, discussing local products, gastronomy, and the agri-food sector's role as an economic driver for the region.
