American citizen Tyler Borges has moved to the Pyrenees of Lleida as a language assistant in March 2026, following a professional career in agencies such as NASA.

Tyler Borges previously worked for several U.S. government agencies during Joe Biden's administration. However, the political shift with Donald Trump's arrival at the Oval Office led him to reconsider his career path, eventually joining a Ministry of Education program.

"I was at university and I found out about a position to teach English in Spain, and I thought why not?"
