The Lleida Urban Guard has proceeded to seal a commercial establishment located at number 18 on Ronda de Sant Martí street, in the Historic Center. The premises operated as a bar irregularly, without the necessary license for this activity.
The establishment had generated numerous complaints from residents, who identified the premises as a hotspot for incivility and disturbances caused by users of the illegal service.
Initially, the municipal Activities department confirmed the illegal operation of the bar and ordered the temporary suspension of the activity through an expediente. However, the owner of the business failed to comply with this order, not having updated the corresponding license.
Given the non-compliance with the activity suspension, the premises have been sealed to ensure adherence to regulations.
