The Starraco Unlimited Association, in collaboration with Fira de Lleida and Lleida Turisme, is organizing this second edition after last year's success, aiming to surpass 4,000 visitors.
The weekend will be packed with activities for all audiences, including talks, photocalls, k-pop and j-pop performances, workshops, a cosplay contest, recreational activities, tournaments, and the presence of renowned voice actors.
Notable is the participation of several cosplayers with thousands of social media followers, such as Kuma Kimokawaii, Entr0py Cos, Gigimcos, Dan Cosser, Eeveeristo, and the local Scarpy Cosplay, some of whom will be part of the jury for the cosplay contest to be held on Sunday.
The program also includes musical performances by groups like Kirara, Airis, K-Pop Lleida Dancefit, and K-27, as well as singers Aida Deturck and Hane. Content creators like Rodik Sama and Jose Miguel Navarro, and authors Saencsa and Shenronz will present their new book "El legado de Dragon Ball".
Voice actors Eva Lluch and Ramón Hernàndez will be present, offering a talk about their careers. There will also be spaces dedicated to Japanese culture, themed photocalls, and activities organized by local associations.
The event will feature merchandising areas, artists and artisans, gaming, virtual reality, softcombat, jugger, board games, and food trucks. Additionally, MangaCon Lleida will have a solidarity component, providing space for non-profit associations such as la Maleta Creativa, Save Michis Cat, and SanFilippo Barcelona.
Advance tickets are now on sale via Entradium.com. Children under 8 years old have free entry. On Saturday night, attendees can enjoy a discounted party at the venue La Boite de Lleida.
