Chef Edgar Sanuy, originally from Lleida, has launched his first independent restaurant project, Pica Pica, in central Hong Kong this March 2026.

Located at 108 Hollywood Road, the restaurant opens after Sanuy spent over a decade in the Asian financial hub. Throughout his career, he has managed the opening of 14 venues, including the world's first Mercedes Benz restaurant.

"It is an accessible cuisine, designed so that the public can return often without having to make a great economic or intellectual effort."
