Lleida city rent exceeds 600 euros for the first time in history

Four high-demand municipalities in the province reached record prices during the third quarter of 2025.

The city of Lleida has surpassed the 600-euro monthly average rent threshold during the third quarter of 2025, a record figure according to the Generalitat Housing Department.

This increase brings the average price in the capital of Segrià to 611.43 euros, representing a 52% growth compared to a decade ago. Besides the capital, three other high-demand towns reached historic peaks: El Pont de Suert (455.5 euros), Tremp (459.99 euros), and Cervera (440.87 euros).
Regarding percentage changes, El Pont de Suert led the increases with 14%, followed by Tremp at 10.7%. Conversely, seven municipalities saw rent decreases, most notably Alcarràs (-17.9%) and Linyola (-16.8%).
In the overall data for 2025, Vielha remains the most expensive location in the province, with an average monthly rent of 692.49 euros.
