The Lleida City Council is launching this Saturday the city's first night bus line, the N1, connecting the neighborhoods of Mangraners, Secà, and Balàfia throughout the night.

The new transport service will start at 10:50 PM from Ricard Viñes Square with a 30-minute frequency. The line will run every Saturday, as well as during local festivals and the Aplec del Caragol. The buses will be equipped with video surveillance cameras to ensure safety for both drivers and passengers.
Strategic stops have been planned for nightlife users. Those heading to Biloba can use the Cementiri or Mercanova stops, located about ten minutes away on foot. Meanwhile, Cotton club attendees can access the service at the Laureà Figuerola stop, just 220 meters from the venue.

"This bus will be the first to incorporate a video surveillance system to guarantee the driver's safety and monitor the vehicle at all times."

Fèlix Larrosa · Mayor of Lleida
The service follows successful pilot programs in 2024 and 2025. Last year, the night bus was used by 4,700 people, an increase of nearly 2,000 users compared to the previous year.
