The urban landscape of Lleida features works by prestigious artists such as Jaume Plensa, Antoni Abad, and Josep Subirachs. The last significant addition to the city's streets was L'Arbre Paer by Benet Rossell, located at Plaça Bores. Since then, the catalog of reliefs, murals, and statues has seen no further growth.
Notable pieces in the city include the historic Indíbil and Mandoni statues and Josep Viladomat's tribute to Pau Casals. The collection also features abstract works like Albert Coma Estadella's iron structures. Despite this variety, many of these artistic elements often go unnoticed by daily commuters and residents.
In 2025, the Lleida Landscape Foundation plans to invest over 23,000 euros in the upkeep of these monuments. Restoration efforts will target the Home sculpture at Plaça la Pau and the sundial at Camps Elisis, shifting the municipal focus from acquiring new art to preserving the existing urban heritage.
