The Lleida City Council is carrying out significant improvements at the Los Mangraners municipal sports area, with actions focused on renovating the football field and remodeling the changing rooms.

The replacement of the artificial turf on the football field, originally installed in 2010, is one of the main actions. This project, with an investment of 181,403 euros and an execution period of one and a half months, also includes surface maintenance for five years and the incorporation of new sports equipment.
In parallel, the remodeling of the changing rooms is progressing, with a budget of 485,970 euros. This project will provide four large changing rooms, two adapted ones, and a storage area, meeting current standards for accessibility, energy efficiency, and comfort.
Additionally, improvements are being made to the swimming pool changing rooms to ensure their proper functioning during the summer. These enhancements include the installation of new, more durable benches and updated signage.
These actions are in addition to the recent replacement of the field's lighting with LED technology. The Councilor for Sports, Jackson Quiñónez, emphasized that the project is part of the municipal strategy to improve sports facilities and offer "safe, modern, and adequate spaces for both clubs and the general public".
