The Paeria has completed the installation of a new accessible ramp at the Camp d'Esports market and parking, improving access from Alcalde Vives and Manuel Florensa streets, especially for people with reduced mobility.

The new infrastructure is now open for use after the final paint touch-ups. This action responds to a demand from stallholders and market users, facilitating access to the venue.
The ramp improves the connection from the side of Alcalde Rovira Roure street, near a bus stop. Taking advantage of the works, the stairs have been renovated, now wider and more comfortable, replacing the old narrow section and the velodrome alternative.
This improvement is part of the Lleida Market Improvement Plan, included in the Municipal Action Plan. The project received a subsidy from the Consortium of Commerce, Craftsmanship and Fashion of Catalonia (CCAM) for enhancing the competitiveness of municipal markets.
The awarded budget for the work was €40,001.39, including VAT.
