The plot, situated between Sant Hilari street, Roda d'Isabena street, and Onze de Setembre avenue in Lleida, has undergone cleaning and sanitation work. This area is designated to house the new lecture hall for the University of Lleida (UdL) for its Health campus, a psychiatry building for the hospital, and two residential blocks totaling 133 social housing units.
The Generalitat de Catalunya approved the relevant urban planning modification approximately a year ago. Subsequently, last November, the Paeria gave its initial approval to the project.
