During August, Flemish communicator Sven Ornelis visited Cerdanya, Cadí-Moixeró Natural Park, Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici National Park, Vall de Boí, and the Val d’Aran. Ornelis, with a large audience in Flanders, generated content on his social media and his gastronomic project Would Be Chef, bringing the Lleida Pyrenees closer to the Flemish public.
Subsequently, from September 14th to 17th, representatives from the Fédération Française de Vélo (FFVélo) visited Cerdanya, Ripollès, and Garrotxa. This visit is part of the promotion of cycle tourism in the French market, highlighting the diversity and cycling potential of the Pyrenees.
These initiatives aim to strengthen the positioning of the Pyrenees as a complete and diverse cycling destination in Europe, combining landscape, heritage, gastronomy, and tourist offerings.
