The newspaper Segre issued a public rectification this March after mistakenly publishing a photograph of a Lleida city bus to illustrate a report on road safety offenses.

The incident occurred last Saturday evening when the outlet reported on charges against two drunk drivers and a woman driving without a license. Due to an editing error, the image accompanying the news showed a public transport vehicle from the capital of Segrià.

"We want to clarify that the reported facts have no connection with the public transport service or its professionals."
