The teachers' collective moved its protests this Wednesday to the regions of Lleida, the Pyrenees, and Central Catalonia, blocking strategic routes such as the A-2, C-55, and C-16.

The mobilization began early in the morning with significant traffic disruptions. According to the Servei Català de Trànsit, activists occupied the A-2 highway at points including Soses and the section between Lleida and Alpicat. Simultaneously, cuts were reported on the C-55 in Manresa and Solsona.
This marks the third day of strikes in a week of action that started in Barcelonès and Baix Llobregat. The Department of Education reported a 39% turnout on Tuesday, while unions continue to demand increased staffing and a reduction in bureaucracy.
Dissatisfaction has grown following a recent agreement between the Government and the CC OO and UGT unions. Despite a planned 2 billion euro investment, most teachers find it insufficient, particularly regarding the regional salary supplement which has been frozen for 25 years.
