The Cursa Bombers Lleida celebrated its eleventh edition with a record participation of 3,750 athletes, a 50% increase from the previous year, combining sport with solidarity for the Private Aremi Foundation.

Neither the rain nor the drop in temperatures hindered the success of the Cursa Bombers Lleida with Aremi, which registered an unprecedented number of participants in the capital of Segrià. A total of 3,750 people joined this initiative that merges athletics with a charitable cause, as 1.5 euros from each registration will be allocated to the creation of Baby Aremi.
This new space, promoted by the Private Aremi Foundation, will be dedicated to infants aged 0 to 3 years with neurodevelopmental disorders or multiple disabilities. The athletic event, which resumed its activity in 2025 after six years of inactivity, experienced a significant 50% growth in participation compared to the previous edition, increasing from 2,600 runners to 3,750. According to organizational data, 55% of the participants were men and 45% women.
The day offered three different routes: 1, 5, and 10 kilometers, designed to accommodate various abilities. In the 10K race, Ricard Pastó (Xafatolls) was the winner with a time of 31 minutes and 41 seconds, followed by Muhammad Lamin Bah (Xafatolls) and Hamou Ait Mazian. In the women's category, Alba Bellostas (Xafatolls) won with 36 minutes and 51 seconds, surpassing Georgine Miret and Emma Carreras (Xafatolls).
