This is the fourth time the building, which is disused and no longer serves any purpose for security forces, has been put up for tender. Previous calls failed to find a buyer for the property, which boasts nearly 1,800 square meters of built area.
Those interested in acquiring the former barracks have until April 17 to submit their offers. To participate in the auction, a prior guarantee of over 15,000 euros is required.
Should this new auction not succeed, current regulations would allow for the direct sale of the property, without the need for an additional public tender.
