The El Traguinyol project, based in Blanes, has been honored with the 2025 Entrepreneurial Initiative Award for its dedication to preserving Catalonia's ethnobotanical heritage.

The project is the result of ten years of collaboration between Amparo, a chef at Can Soms in Blanes, and Judith, a traditional herbalist from Susqueda. They specialize in artisanal liqueurs and local delicacies.
The award ceremony will take place this Tuesday at El Centre Eix de Negoci in Santa Coloma de Farners, celebrating their commitment to local products and traditional knowledge.
