The Corporació de Salut del Maresme i la Selva has launched a generative Artificial Intelligence project within its Integrated Home Care service to streamline clinical documentation and patient monitoring.

Starting in March 2025, this innovative tool developed by Llamalitica records and transcribes medical visits. The system automatically identifies clinical alerts and integrates data directly into the patient's electronic health record, ensuring real-time updates between home and hospital care.
The project is supported by a FIS grant from the Carlos III Health Institute, part of the Ministry of Health. This funding recognizes the project's potential to transform the care model and will accelerate its full implementation across the Selva region.
