The incident occurred this Sunday morning, specifically at 9:16 AM, and required the intervention of the Bombers de la Generalitat to extricate the passenger of the car, who had become trapped inside the vehicle.
The Sistema d'Emergències Mèdiques (SEM) attended to three individuals. One man was transported to Hospital Trueta in serious condition, while another man was taken to the same hospital with less severe injuries. A woman was discharged at the scene of the accident.
The coach involved in the collision was carrying 44 passengers, none of whom suffered significant injuries, according to emergency sources. The incident mobilized five units of the Bombers.
The Servei Català de Trànsit confirmed that the accident caused significant traffic disruptions, as only one lane of the motorway remained open in the direction of France, leading to congestion on this section of the AP-7.
