The mayor of Lloret de Mar, Adrià Lamelas, has been censured in an extraordinary session called by the opposition to discuss the City Council's internal labor situation.

The extraordinary session of the Lloret de Mar City Council concluded with the censure of Mayor Adrià Lamelas. The meeting, convened by Junts, ERC, and Tots per Lloret, aimed to address the internal labor issues within the council.
The motion presented by the opposition groups passed thanks to favorable votes from Comuns, Sumem, and Vox. The PSC, meanwhile, voted against it.
The plenary session was preceded by a gathering of municipal unions in the plaça de la Vila. Afterwards, workers and union representatives followed the debate's proceedings from the council chamber.
Among the agreements reached during the session, notable points include the regular presentation of information on staff evolution, sick leaves, vacancies, and absenteeism.
