The Lloret de Mar City Council has presented the Sant Romà Festival, which will take place from November 7th to 18th, featuring a poster designed by Abril Montaño Garcia and a program including concerts, popular culture, and family activities.

The festival will feature notable performances by Svetlana, Sexenni, and David Civera during the 'Barraques' nights, held at Germinal Ros square. This year's poster, created by Abril Montaño Garcia, was made by 14 students from the Artistic Baccalaureate at the Institut Coll i Rodés, characterized by its geometric and minimalist style.
The Councilor for Culture, Vereda López, highlighted the emerging talent of local young creators. The festival kicks off on November 7th with the Medieval Fair on the promenade and a concert by the Orquestra Selvatana. The 'Barraques' nights on Friday, November 13th, will feature As de Picas, David Civera, and Banda Tropical, while on Saturday, November 14th, DJ Tramma, Sexenni, Svetlana, and Brou will perform. All concerts are free.
The festival includes children's and family activities such as the show Camelvà, workshops, and storytelling, as well as traditional events like the opening speech, the 'Sopa de l'Àvia', the correfoc (fire run), the cercavila (parade), and the geganta (giants) gathering. On November 18th, Sant Romà's day, cultural facilities like the Maritime Museum and Sant Joan Castle will offer open house days.
Mayor Adrià Lamelas invites residents to participate in an inclusive and civic celebration. The full program can be consulted on the municipal website www.lloret.cat.
