The first activity, titled ‘Menopause, No Rules! What Nobody Tells Us About Menopause’, will be led by Mireia Grossmann, a specialist in female sexual health, menopause, and pelvic floor. The session will take place on Wednesday, October 14th, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, at the Teatre de Lloret.
This conference will address menopause from a more approachable perspective, discussing the transformations it entails, such as vaginal atrophy, dryness, or genitourinary syndrome. The aim is to provide tools to face this life stage with more information and resources. The activity is free but requires prior registration through the Teatre de Lloret website.
In parallel, during October and November, a social theater workshop for women will be held. Sessions will take place on Wednesdays, from 6 PM to 8 PM, also at the Teatre de Lloret. This workshop will be led by professionals from Enraona Teatre, a company with extensive experience in the field.
The workshop will use theatrical tools to explore participants' emotions, stories, and personal realities, promoting reflection and visibility of inequalities. No prior theater experience is necessary, and the activity is open to women of all profiles.
