The Mossos d'Esquadra arrested two men, aged 47 and 25, in Lloret de Mar on February 2 as alleged perpetrators of twelve serious crimes, including violent robberies and extortions.

The arrest of the two individuals, aged 47 and 25, was carried out by officers from the Blanes police station on February 2. They are collectively charged with six robberies with violence and intimidation, four thefts, and two extortions.
The investigation began after the police became aware of several violent incidents that had occurred during January, mainly at night or dawn, in the center of Lloret de Mar.
The detainees used violence against the victims, often forcing them to fall to the ground during the robbery. All affected individuals sustained injuries of varying severity as a result of the attacks.
Investigators determined that the perpetrators were the same individuals, sometimes acting alone and sometimes together. The arrested men, who have extensive criminal records, were brought before the duty court in Blanes on February 4.
