During a preventive road safety operation, an unmarked police vehicle caught the riders engaging in risky maneuvers. This action is part of the PREMOT initiative, focused on monitoring and preventing dangerous behavior among motorcyclists.
According to information provided by the Mossos d'Esquadra, the operation resulted in 69 vehicles being fined, 66 of which were motorcycles. The most common offenses detected included speeding and other traffic violations.

Provisional figures from the Servei Català de Trànsit show that since the beginning of the year, 51 people have lost their lives in traffic accidents in Catalonia. Of these fatalities, 22 were motorcyclists, while 19 were occupants of cars, vans, or trucks. The total also includes three cyclists, six pedestrians, and one person in an accident involving a tractor.
