The Mossos d'Esquadra arrested three men aged 36, 33, and 28 on February 4 on the C-1412a road, between Torà and Sanaüja, for an alleged crime against public health due to drug trafficking.

The arrest took place midday on Wednesday when a patrol was conducting a routine control near Torà, in the Solsonès region. A vehicle evaded the checkpoint by driving at high speed, forcing officers to initiate a pursuit that ended in Sanaüja, in the Segarra region.
After stopping the car and identifying the three occupants, officers conducted a search and located 46 small bags containing approximately thirty grams of the substance known as 'pink cocaine' or 'tusi'. This is a synthetic drug known to contain amphetamine and other psychoactive components.
In addition to the drugs, officers found that one of the detainees was carrying several credit cards and documentation belonging to third parties, as well as a high-end watch for which he could not prove ownership. Due to these findings, the three men were arrested as alleged perpetrators of a crime against public health.
The detainees, aged 36, 33, and 28, were brought before the court the following day, February 5, at the duty investigating court in Solsona.
