The demand highlights the existing territorial imbalance, as while Camp de Tarragona lacks this continuous service, the Barcelona regions have eight centers that do offer it. The motion also calls for ensuring the necessary resources for the service's ongoing operation and correcting healthcare disparities across Catalan territories.
The adopted agreements include a formal request to the Generalitat Government and the Department of Health for the service's implementation, as well as the guarantee of human, material, and organizational resources to ensure its operation and healthcare equity.
