The establishment from the Tarragona province stood out in the category for average checks under 50 euros. The jury praised its strong commitment to local organic products and its close partnership with regional producers.
The event, sponsored by American Express, recognized 12 restaurants across the country. Catalonia played a leading role with five awarded projects, including innovation winner Tapán Barcelona and finalists such as Vapor Gastronòmic and Arcano Restaurant.
Since 2022, these awards, chaired by chef Rafa Zafra, have highlighted the importance of independent restaurants in creating jobs and preserving local culinary identity through sustainable practices.
