The Cooperative Athenaeum of Camp de Tarragona, known as CoopCamp, will host a strategic forum on Friday, March 13th, in Vila-seca to discuss the territory's socio-economic future.

The event, titled FESCT, will take place at the Societat El Fènix. This year's edition shifts from a traditional fair format in Tarragona's Corsini Square to a debate-oriented forum addressing key issues such as energy transition and tourism degrowth.
Over the past decade, CoopCamp has provided guidance to 1,164 economic projects, resulting in the creation of 79 new cooperatives and 409 direct jobs. The organization currently comprises over 40 entities working towards a fairer economic model.
The forum features speakers like ecofeminist Margalida Ramis and economist Óscar García Jurado. The day will conclude with a cultural program including musical performances by Ominira and Faixa, blending electronic and traditional sounds.
